Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees and process/equipment
• Provide daily leadership to meet manufacturing schedules
• Prioritize workload to meet demand and maximize efficiency
• Assign tasks, give direction and check work
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning to meet goals
• Handle timecards and payroll interface logistics
• Recommend and support process/equipment improvements
• Maintain manufacturing metrics tracking and reporting
• Lead manufacturing team meetings
• Drive continuous improvement of efficiency and workflow
• Develop employees’ team skills through training and coaching
• Contribute to company goals and objectives
• Manage special projects from Manufacturing Department Head/Manager
• Implement corrective actions for process deviations or safety issues
• Evaluate shift team and delegate accountability
