Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; licensing may be required for export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the activities of a group of employees to meet production specifications and schedules, including volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.
• Stop work and report major injury hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere to HSE standards, policies, and procedures to meet safety and environmental requirements.
• Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures like SPC and poka-yoke to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Monitor team performance and coordinate tasks to meet work specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support teams for smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
• Participate in training and development and coach less experienced team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage in ways to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow to enhance team performance.
