Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading manufacturing, industrialization, or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and readiness.
• Serve as technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation and successful project delivery.
