LaSalle Network seeks an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and engineering at their Orangeburg, SC site. You will partner with plant leadership to understand workforce needs and drive effective strategies to build pipelines for immediate and long-term hiring.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in in-house manufacturing recruiting, strong sourcing of passive candidates, and expertise with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive Talent Acquisition/recruiting.
• In-house manufacturing recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, maintenance, quality, and plant leadership talent.
• Experience launching or expanding a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Strong ability to build talent pipelines in competitive labor markets.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and other site-based positions.
• Partner with plant leadership, HR, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Support growth of the Orangeburg operation with sustainable talent pipelines for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent in competitive manufacturing labor markets.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Manage recruiting across a range of levels from skilled manufacturing to leadership positions.
