This role emphasizes vendor management to SLAs, cost optimization, data-driven problem solving, and ensuring secure OT networks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain reliable operations and support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience driving change and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related program preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with initiative and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customers and teammates.
• Strong planning and analysis skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support OT systems: inventory, field support, maintenance, and patching.
• Design, build, and manage OT technology systems for reliability.
• Drive vendor management to SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Identify opportunities for long-term cost optimization.
• Support facility management systems: maintenance and monitoring.
• Maintain mobile technology inventory and provide field support.
