Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis for manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP/MES/PLM).
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex business processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, and quality processes.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, integrations, or upgrades.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements tools.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for PLM, ERP, MES, and MRP.
• Support system implementations, testing, training, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate with admins, developers, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain process documentation and data governance.
