The Pivot Group Network is recruiting a Production Supervisor for our Grand Rapids, MI area partners. You will oversee daily production activities, lead and mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time targets are met as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

With 5+ years in manufacturing and strong ERP and continuous improvement skills, you will coordinate across departments and drive productive, compliant operations in a dynamic work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, QC, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with manufacturing software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line staff.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
