Sabre Industries is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead first-line supervision at the Kennedale, Texas facility, overseeing manufacturing, safety, productivity and quality.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will assign daily work, monitor progress, and maintain staffing while ensuring adherence to safety and process standards. Strong leadership and technical skills are required for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Two-year associate degree and/or 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS welded structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gives daily work assignments to personnel within the Shop and sets priorities based on schedules.
• Monitors progress on daily work to ensure timely production.
• Maintains attendance and performance records for payroll purposes.
• Evaluates performance in safety, quality, productivity and attendance; initiates corrective actions.
• Maintains staffing levels and conducts interviews to fill vacancies.
• Communicates with other supervisors and managers; leads department meetings.
• Uses Epicor/Vantage for production tracking and reporting.
• Protects safety, productivity and quality; controls costs and minimizes scrap.
