Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor responsible for directing a crew of 10+ workers to meet daily targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will read prints, verify parts and tools, and ensure proper equipment and PPE usage in a fast-paced outdoor manufacturing environment. The role requires strong communication, strict adherence to safety policies, and the ability to train team members on production hours and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and safety-focused problem solving.
• Ability to clearly instruct crew on safety, quality, and production hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork under production pressure.

Responsabilités

• Direct a crew of 10+ to meet daily production goals and hours.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance and report unsafe conditions.
• Read and understand prints and check materials against tickets and options lists.
• Educate and train crew on quoted hours and equipment use.
• Maintain equipment, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
