Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences, a leading global structural heart company, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production across areas with strong process ownership. You will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, partner with engineering, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, mentoring, scheduling, and monitoring metrics while guiding teams through complex investigations and corrective actions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned work area.
• Substantial experience in related manufacturing, quality and/or product development engineering.
• Full responsibility for personnel including hire/fire authority and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manufacturing activities across multiple production areas.
• Lead complex improvement projects and partner with engineering on investigations.
• Accountable for productivity and quality metrics and provide progress reports.
• Schedule work orders and monitor output to meet production targets.
• Ensure staffing and training for all positions; document procedures.
• Guide and mentor entry level supervisors; maintain safety and quality standards.
