Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering (2nd Shift) to lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers supporting second-shift manufacturing. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant production and robust quality systems across THV and related manufacturing areas.

The role emphasizes NCR and CAPA execution, investigation quality, and strong communication to maintain inspection readiness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with relevant Quality Engineering/Quality Management or Manufacturing Quality experience.
Experience leading and developing engineers or quality professionals.
Experience deploying or sustaining quality management systems in regulated manufacturing.
Strong CAPA and nonconformance investigations leadership.
Ability to work onsite during second-shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–2:30 AM).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Engineers for second-shift manufacturing.
Provide quality and compliance oversight across second-shift activities.
Oversee NCR, CAPA, investigations, and timely closure of nonconformances.
Lead quality metrics reviews, data analysis, and risk assessment for operations.
Support audits and respond to observations with timely corrective actions.
Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
