Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Experience supervising manufacturing, quality and/or product development engineering teams preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manufacturing activities across production areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead complex improvement projects and coordinate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics and report progress to management and stakeholders.
• Plan work orders and staffing to meet production targets and ensure adequate training.
