Job summary

Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for a 6-month hybrid contract to help scale our manufacturing teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with Manufacturing leaders, drive process improvements, and shape talent strategy to meet business needs.

This hands-on role requires strong sourcing and interviewing skills, proactive stakeholder management, and a commitment to diverse talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
• 3+ years working with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Morrisville, NC office

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools
• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle, providing effective communication and reporting
• Conduct a high volume of interviews with high conversion from interview to offer
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy
• Drive diverse talent into the organization ensuring positive candidate experience
• Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally
• Leverage internal resources and cross functional partners to sell our value proposition and impact hiring practices
