Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting at agency/startup environments and hiring exempt roles.
• Onsite/hybrid in Ashville, OH office.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web scraping, and candidate management.
• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences.
