Aufgaben

• This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the Onsite Food Safety and Quality Operations area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise.
• Guarantees adherence to food safety and quality standards across operations.
• Conducts comprehensive inspections of in-process and final products using measurement tools and testing equipment.
• Identifies and addresses recurring quality issues to improve product safety and freshness.
• Monitors production processes for compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Identifies quality improvement in areas of responsibility.
• Identifies and implements process enhancements to minimize costs and defects.
• Tracks food quality project accomplishments by comparing outcomes to plans, summarizing results, and keeping management informed.
• Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence.
