Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a QESH Supervisor to lead quality, environment, safety and health programs across our filling operations. The role focuses on developing, promoting and auditing quality and safety procedures while guiding continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a quality team, train staff, conduct audits, and ensure ISO 22000 and other standards. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing or related industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing employees.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Controls and process improvement (Six Sigma/Lean).
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise oversight of QA for the filling factory, third party providers, and suppliers.
• Act as the QA voice across the organization with a customer-centric focus.
• Implement and maintain quality systems meeting FDA, DOT and third-party audits.
• Train manufacturing personnel in quality systems to maximize product quality.
• Conduct ongoing audits to ensure compliance with federal and company standards.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance throughout operations.
• Support ISO 22000 implementation with global QA team.
