Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Food Safety and Quality Sr. Leader to drive excellence across the PFNA manufacturing network, ensuring consistent QA/QFS standards and leading both on-site and CoMAN audits.

The role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to influence change, support strategic priorities, and foster continuous improvement for safe, high-quality products. Travel 50–60% across the PFNA network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of quality and food safety experience in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% across USA, Canada, and Mexico; passport required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and verification of PFNA Quality & Food Safety policies across facilities and manage audit close-outs.
• Coordinate audit schedules and communicate with plants to ensure timely completion.
• Identify trends and gaps; develop strategies to strengthen processes and performance.
• Prepare and share audit reports; track corrective actions and progress with leadership.
• Serve as SME for Quality & Food Safety Management Systems and collaborate cross-functionally to standardize policies.
