Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in leadership and manufacturing settings, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Executes relatively complex tasks for Onsite Food Safety and Quality Operations under moderate supervision.
• Ensures adherence to food safety and quality standards across operations.
• Conducts comprehensive inspections of in-process and final products using measurement tools.
• Identifies and addresses recurring quality issues to improve product safety and freshness.
• Monitors production processes for compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Identifies quality improvement opportunities within area of responsibility.
• Implements process enhancements to minimize costs and defects.
• Tracks food quality project accomplishments and summarizes results for management.
