Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp is seeking a Project Manager for the Process Gas Division to oversee the order fulfillment process from quotation through post-delivery. You will drive schedules, budgets, and documentation, coordinating mechanical, structural, thermodynamic, electrical, and controls disciplines to meet customer specifications.

The role involves frequent stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring compliance with QA processes. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Bachelor's Degree.
• Engineering or Related Technical Discipline.
• Preferred 3-7 years of experience in similar manufacturing/project manager type background.
• Familiar with API 614, 619, 686

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze customer specifications to prepare internal sales orders and documentation.
• Create a project roadmap with schedules, resources, BOM, job documentation, and production orders.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and changes; communicate status to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality assurance, customer inspections, and post-shipment handoffs.
