Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing complex projects from conception to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production, quality control, and supply chain.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and ERP systems.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and reporting on project status to all relevant parties.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
