Ideal candidates have 5+ years of manufacturing project experience, ERP/Jira proficiency, and a PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

5+ years experience managing manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
Lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
PMP or other recognized project management certification.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing projects.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards within manufacturing.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
