Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is assisting Spring Lake, MI–based manufacturing companies in their search for seasoned Project Managers. This role focuses on delivering manufacturing projects on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a PMP certification with Agile and Waterfall knowledge, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 5+ years of manufacturing PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget.
• Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
