Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead capital improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will drive projects from concept through startup, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, ROI analyses, and collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering to optimize processes and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience managing capital projects in manufacturing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Root cause failure analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resources, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
