Job summary

CACI is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Program Manager to drive complex optical and photonic systems programs, including high-speed electro-optics, fiber optics, and lasers, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing excellence and DoD system delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or technical leadership for complex optical/electronic products, experience handling over $10M contracts, and active or highly desired security clearance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in program management or technical leadership for complex optical/electronic products.
• Experience managing programs over $10M in contract value.
• DoD or government program experience.
• PMP certification and EVMS standards knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Make program decisions, set schedules, and manage Profit & Loss.
• Interface with extremely technical customers and translate complex ideas with the team support.
• Implement programmatic, production, and quality best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with development teams on Design For Manufacturing and transition to high-volume production.
• Contribute to Photonics organization’s strategic growth plans.
