Job summary

Tessy Plastics Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute and evaluate programs from large multi‑layered initiatives to smaller projects. You will assemble and lead cross‑functional teams and partner with Sales and Technical leads for program success.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 5+ years of manufacturing PM experience and are proficient in Microsoft Project. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to drive on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager in manufacturing.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and PM tools.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Maintain relationships with customers and their teams.
• Outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, costs, and timing.
• Develop and update project schedules using various tools.
• Track milestones and report status to Directors/VPs.
• Mediate between stakeholders and team members.
• Communicate expectations clearly to all parties.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Develop PM tools and best practices.
