Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program at our Austin site. You will lead cross-functional teams to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets while maintaining efficient operations to satisfy internal and customer expectations.

You will own project planning, risk and change management, and regular reporting to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and adherence to contracts and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business).
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in engineering, production, operations, or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
• Interface with customers, manage escalations, and build relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
• Plan projects, define scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage ECOs and PCNs.
• Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, quality, AR, and financials.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage contractual obligations with commercial teams.
• Drive scope/change management and forecast alignment with production capacity.
• Oversee inventory, reporting, and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
