Job summary

Univar Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Regional Quality Manager to lead district quality programs, drive regulatory compliance, and align with global quality initiatives. You will guide branch and district teams, oversee audits, CAPA, and KPIs, and collaborate with the North America quality COE.

The role requires 5–7 years in quality with leadership experience in chemical distribution or related industries, strong cGMP/FDA knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in quality, 3+ in a leadership capacity, in chemical distribution, pharmaceutical, or related regulatory industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ISO, Kosher/Halal and ASI standards.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and lead audits and CAPA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to branch and district personnel on quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Prepares and trains leadership for audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees district quality metrics, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Acts as primary contact for customer and certification audits within the district.
• Drives continuous improvement and supports quality COE processes.
