FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer IIII to lead and advance manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor probe card production.

You will drive complex engineering initiatives, resolve high-impact technical challenges, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, facilities, and suppliers to boost equipment capability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of equipment/manufacturing engineering experience in semiconductor or high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment performance, reliability, maintenance strategy, and lifecycle plans.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex equipment issues.
• Drive uptime, MTBF/MTTR improvements, throughput, and cost of ownership.
• Lead or support equipment selection, installation, qualification, and upgrades.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and provide technical leadership across teams.
