Job summary
Collins Aerospace seeks a Senior Project Engineer, Manufacturing Process, to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and drive process improvements across new product introduction and current production programs. Based in Santa Isabel, PR, this onsite role requires deep manufacturing expertise and strong collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to communicate in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- U.S. citizenship required to access information under this program/contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process projects from concept through production support.
- Serve as technical lead for process improvements to meet schedule, budget and quality objectives.
- Develop, optimize and validate manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality.
