Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Engineer to provide technical leadership and engineering support for facilities, utilities, building operations, and critical infrastructure systems. As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will design, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize critical facilities systems while leading capital improvement projects, engineering studies, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in maximizing equipment performance, supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. In this individual contributor role, you will provide technical and project leadership while partnering with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, EHS, Engineering, and external vendors to ensure facilities systems and infrastructure meet safety, reliability, efficiency, and operational requirements. Your mission: Deliver world-class facilities engineering solutions by optimizing critical systems, improving equipment reliability, supporting capital investments, minimizing operational disruptions, and ensuring safe and compliant site operations. This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
