Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer to provide technical leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes that support both new product introduction and current production programs. In this role, you will lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, and drive process improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. This is an individual contributor position.
Your mission: to lead complex manufacturing engineering projects, optimize production processes, and ensure technical solutions support operational excellence while meeting customer and business objectives.

This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
