Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, sciences, or mathematics).
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/quality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition non-conforming materials from internal/external sources.
• Identify trends from disposition data and recommend corrective actions.
• Support root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes through analysis and reading drawings.
• Develop and document work instructions for production personnel.
• Collaborate on NPI methods and sequences to meet customer requirements.
• Assess capacity and identify bottlenecks with engineering input.
• Prepare reports on findings and trends for teams and customers.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to move metrics.
