Senior Manufacturing / Process Engineer ($90,000 - $130,000+)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing / Process Engineer to join a thriving CNY Manufacturer.

This role involves serving as a key technical lead, managing two major automation equipment cells.

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize automation equipment cells.
• Drive operational improvements on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and proactive maintenance.
• Lead production flow improvements, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve technical problems independently and creatively.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Senior-level experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong mechanical skills and basic controls/PLC troubleshooting.
• Hands-on work experience on the manufacturing floor.
• Experience supporting new manufacturing cells and enhancing performance.
