Responsibilities

• Collaborates with design, production, quality, sales and management to develop new processes.
• Analyzes product designs and manufacturing techniques for improvements.
• Leads process capability studies and cost estimation.
• Creates process documentation, BOMs, routings, and ECNs.
• Evaluates equipment for safety and environmental compliance.
• Assists with vendor selection for fixtures and tooling.
