Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production methods and controls to meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct process capability studies and optimize machine and human factors.
• Provide manufacturing support across sites and during peak periods.
• Prepare cost estimates for customer quotes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
