Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer to join the Advanced Manufacturing Development Team. You will lead new process development, qualify processes, and drive improvements across stamping, molding, and assembly.

The role collaborates with Product Development, supports capital equipment projects, and ensures manufacturability and cost objectives. A mechanical engineering degree with 5+ years in manufacturing is preferred; Creo experience is valued, along

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent with 5+ years in manufacturing.
Experience in stamping, die tooling, and molding environments.
Proficient in 2-D/3-D modeling and CAD tools (Creo preferred).
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean methods and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Develop new manufacturing processes and document qualifications.
Collaborate with Product Development to ensure manufacturability and cost objectives.
Lead design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
Support PMO in quoting and selecting manufacturing locations to improve ROI.
Lead and participate in FMEA reviews and process optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers for die fabrication and capital equipment projects.
Support sustaining manufacturing with cost reduction projects.
