Job summary

IAPMO is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to work across the US on multimillion-dollar transformation programmes. You will own complex operational challenges and deliver measurable commercial impact across throughput, yield, capacity, downtime, waste and cycle time.

Roles require 3–6 years (Consultant) or 6+ years (Senior Consultant) with proven impact. Expect four days on client sites nationwide; Boston head office engagement two days per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex, large-scale, steady-state manufacturing environments.
• Consultant: typically 3–6 years' experience with strong technical foundations and ownership of meaningful improvement work.
• Senior Consultant: typically 6+ years with ability to lead workstreams, influence stakeholders, mentor others and deliver.
• Evidence of real impact: improving yield, throughput, capacity, quality, waste, cost or cycle time.
