Titan International in Pottstown, PA seeks a hands-on engineer to integrate recycling/refining systems with additive manufacturing and advance printing accuracy and process capability.

You will lead projects from installation to ramp, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and operations to meet time, budget, and quality goals, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Chartered Engineer status with a degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Track record of delivering engineering capital projects in a highly automated FMCG environment, particularly confectionery.
• Knowledge of Hygienic Engineering methodology.
• Maintains SAP master data parameters to ensure accurate signals for quantity and dates.

Responsabilidades

• Project management of multiple complex project teams for clinical, commercial, outsourcing, and operational excellence.
• Develop, manage and maintain MS Project Timelines with milestones and resources.
• Lead cross-functional projects with internal and external teams.
• Plan and lead requirements, design, and project reviews with 10–25 team members.
• Conceive, specify and validate manufacturing processes for new products/projects.
• Create and execute work plans (WBS) and manage resources and budgets.
• Monitor execution and adjust plans; ensure on-time delivery and quality.
