Reporting to the VP/GM of East Coast operations, the role guides manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain with hands-on leadership to elevate quality, throughput, and profitability in tolerance-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering management required.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations with full P&L accountability.
• Senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for assigned operating divisions, including revenue forecasting, cost management, margin optimization and achieving results >$100M.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for organic growth, product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Lead teams to sustain and improve manufacturing execution, supply chain performance, and product innovation.
• Champion talent development including succession planning, training, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations using data-driven decision making and process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product development to identify new market opportunities and accelerate time-to-market.
