Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years managing customer, production, or service orders in industrial manufacturing.
2+ years hands-on SAP experience supporting orders, materials, scheduling, or delivery.
Experience coordinating across at least three of engineering, production, procurement, quality, logistics, project management, or finance.
Advanced Excel experience with PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
Ability to work on-site in Wendell, NC with schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

Managing orders from acceptance through production or repair, shipment, invoicing readiness, and closure.
Coordinating SIPANEL, SIPROTEC 5, and return-and-repair orders across engineering, materials, production, testing, quality, and logistics.
Maintaining accurate order, production, repair, and delivery data in SAP.
Identifying material, capacity, engineering, quality, and logistics risks that could impact delivery.
Coordinating resolution of shortages, order changes, past-due commitments, and recovery actions.
Tracking backlog, delivery performance, repair turnaround, and material readiness.
Improving order-management processes and standard work as the PACS facility grows.
