Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years managing customer, production, or service orders.
• 2+ years SAP experience for orders, materials, scheduling, or delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multiple functions (engineering, production, procurement, quality, logistics, finance).
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis.
• On-site in Wendell, NC with flexible schedule based on production or customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing orders from acceptance through production or repair, shipment, invoicing readiness, and closure.
• Coordinating SIPANEL, SIPROTEC 5, and return-and-repair orders across engineering, materials, production, testing, quality, and logistics.
• Maintaining accurate order, production, repair, and delivery data in SAP.
• Identifying material, capacity, engineering, quality, and logistics risks that could impact delivery.
• Coordinating resolution of shortages, order changes, past-due commitments, and recovery actions.
• Tracking backlog, delivery performance, repair turnaround, and material readiness.
• Improving order-management processes and standard work as the PACS facility grows.
