Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years coordinating orders across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or similar environment.
• 1+ year ERP experience involving orders, materials, scheduling, or delivery dates.
• Experience across at least two functions (production, engineering, procurement, etc.).
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to organize data and communicate risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer orders from acceptance through production or repair, shipment, invoicing readiness, and closure.
• Maintain accurate order data in SAP and related systems.
• Coordinate order priorities and status across multiple functions including engineering, procurement, and logistics.
• Support SIPANEL project orders by tracking readiness, material availability, and milestones.
• Track configurations, components, capacity, testing, and delivery commitments for SIPROTEC 5 orders.
