Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, ability to troubleshoot production issues, and experience in training and mentoring peers. A strong emphasis on attention to detail and independent work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience operating CNC, manual, or semi-automated production equipment required.
• Ability to identify and address routine production issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision components.
• Perform advanced setup and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced operators.
