Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Knoxville, TN site to oversee equipment performance, production metrics, and daily operating activities on-site. Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and floor personnel, communicating issues to supervisors, and supporting the supervisor in executing duties.

Candidates need at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and production scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in scheduling production personnel.

Responsibilities

• Work with personnel in the operation, monitoring, and performance of all equipment
• Communicate with fellow workers and supervisors about possible production issues, concerns, and needs
• Trouble shoots work related problems using job knowledge, experience, and by communicating with others (pulpit operator, process manager, maintenance personnel, etc)
• Assist maintenance personnel when requested/needed
• Fill in or assist supervisor in the performing of duties when requested and needed
