Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on the shop floor. You will oversee safety, production, quality, attendance, and employee performance, guiding 10–20 workers and driving daily KPIs.

In this hands-on role you will resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment and high productivity. This position is on-site in Virginia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations of manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in operations of manufacturing environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• Automotive industry or Investment casting experience
• High-volume manufacturing background
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting mindset
• Experience handling time and attendance for their team
• Experience managing production, safety, quality, and productivity metrics

Compensation: $90,000 to $95,000.00 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
