Staff Management | SMX is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Jackson, TN to oversee day-to-day shift operations, interview and orient new associates, and ensure a safe, productive onsite environment. You will supervise group leads, run pre-shift meetings, and support payroll and training efforts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. The schedule includes rotating 3/4 day weeks with two weekends per month, plus a comprehensive
