M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Knoxville manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

You will translate production requirements into daily labor, material, and equipment priorities, drive continuous improvement, and develop supervisors while upholding ERP processes and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 5+ years leading supervisors or department leaders.
• Accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing site operations within plans, budgets, quality requirements, and policies.
• Translate production plans into daily labor, material, equipment, and shift priorities.
• Coordinate resources to maintain schedule attainment and customer commitments.
• Monitor site performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, cost, and employee performance.
• Identify causes of missed performance targets and implement corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Establish ownership and deadlines for corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
