You will champion Lean initiatives, 6S, and safety, manage staffing and overtime, coordinate equipment ramp-ups, and align priorities with the Senior Manager of Operations to sustain high performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/management field.
• Minimum of 8 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years in a production/operations leadership role.
• Experience leading frontline supervisors and lead personnel.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, labor planning, productivity, scrap/yield, and daily execution.
• Lean manufacturing and 6S experience preferred.
• ISO 9001 knowledge required; ISO 14001/45001 exposure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Organize, implement, and monitor product manufacturing activities within production departments.
• Supervise production progress and ensure adherence to daily/weekly schedules.
• Align labor allocation with workload fluctuations and coordinate overtime as needed.
• Lead continuous improvements in workflow, setup efficiency, and floor organization.
• Support new product launches and equipment ramp-ups.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and shop floor teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety procedures.
