Qualifications

• Experience with NPI in regulated environments and Class II/III device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the supply chain lifecycle from material procurement to distribution.
• Manage supplier relationships, including audits and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Product teams for new product introductions.
