Carrier North America Residential Solutions seeks an Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead assembly manufacturing operations and deliver world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development.

The role provides leadership across multiple production areas, supervisors, and managers while aligning with The Carrier Way and Carrier Excellence principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/assembly/production environment with lean/continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Safety leadership: drive zero-injury culture and OSHA compliance.
• Operational leadership: run multi-department, multi-shift lines and hit schedule targets.
• Quality leadership: improve FPY, reduce scrap, drive quality ownership.
• Cost & productivity: reduce conversion costs and boost efficiency.
• Continuous improvement: lead Kaizen events and deploy Carrier Excellence.
• Workforce development: mentor leaders and build succession plans.
• Strategic leadership: translate goals into daily plant execution and drive automation.
